A few weeks, well, maybe a month or so ago, I was wandering the vast expance that is a large hardware depot... And suddenly, I became overwhelmed with the idea to BUILD the workbench I was searching high and low for! On the phone with my father, trying to convince myself that it could happen with my slim tool inventory, he offered to build it for me. Woodworking is what he's always done- be it signs with our names on them, ornaments, shelves... This was a perfect plan. And so, I present his work, my new place of work. I love it. Tall, sturdy, oak topped and perfectly sized for my window.
I am in love with this beast.
In other news, I also have new glasses! Hooray!!!!
They are green, and therefore match everything I care to wear!
