This page was drawn to be colored, and then I challenged myself to use only warm tones.

Sketchbook Saturday
I have so many doodles, thoughts and color experiments locked up in my sketchbooks, I thought sharing a page or two every week would be a good project for me. Some won't be in chronological order, of course (what's the fun in that?). Sometimes you'll see the designs I've put down on paper show up on leather, other times I'm just getting movement and color onto the page. The pages in my books are meditations and explorations.

This is beautiful! I love the colors you used.
ReplyDeleteI just stumbled onto your blog by way of the Noisy Plume and am so glad I did.
Your work is beautiful. And your post about your clean studio is very inspiring. That was on my list for today and here it is late afternoon and I haven't started yet. I now feel motivated to turn this computer off an get busy. : ) Thanks!
Nice to "meet" you~Eileen
Thank you Eileen! I'm glad you found me, isn't Mrs. Plume the best?? :) I hope your studio is nice and clean by now, it is such a good feeling.
